Note* this unit is on the third floor and there are 32 steps to the top. Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment + bonus room (it’s up to you to find it;) in a 130 year old historic mansion, the large 1000 sq foot space where this apartment is located was originally the attic space of the large Victorian mansion. Located in a central Northside location close to walking trails, walking bridge, downtown, several restaurants and breweries. Security cameras are on all exterior doors of our property

Mars Hill ski, Maine USA 30 minutes. 5 minutes to NB snowmobile trails. Restaurants, water slides, waterfalls, and downtown Woodstock within 10 mins. A quick 20 min drive to US border. Has an outdoor pool. You can go for a country stroll or curl up with a good book. Your home away from home!

This is a very spacious and comfortable home. You get the country experience with still the luxury of being fifteen minutes from local shopping areas and thirty five minutes from the city of Fredericton. We have a nice large yard for your enjoyment. You will enjoy the peace and quiet while also enjoying nature. Also we live 30 mins from Crabbe Mountain and if you are a snowboarder/skier you will love this hill. We also have a swimming pool, to cool you off on those hot days.

Over the past few years, we’ve been transforming an old barn into a peaceful studio that feels like a cozy cabin for our guests, nestled on our 6-acre farm alongside our home. Bright apartment nestled among mature maples and ash trees and surrounded by Christmas trees. Plenty of hiking and access to private beach/swimming. Outdoor campfire pit available with plenty of dry firewood for your use in the evenings.

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. Guide service available upon request.

River’s Edge Cottage

Enjoy your stay in a very serene luxurious cottage nestled on the edge of the Saint John river. You are just outside of the city enough to relax but close to shopping, dinning and entertainment offered in town. The house sleeps nine people, has two full washrooms and a beautiful deck for enjoying a meal or watching the sunset. If you are looking for a quiet retreat this is the perfect place.
