We have a shop in Brechfa and also 2 local pubs offering excellent food.. We are minutes from the forest walks and enjoy peace and quiet with stunning views. Nearby facilities include the Llanelli Wildfowl Centre, Llanelly House, Kidwelly Castle and the Gower beaches.

Central location for the whole of Pembrokeshire, beaches, cliff walks and hills only 25 mins. Our estuary great for birdwatching. This is the self contained annex to my home, but very private and quiet. Full kitchen. Double bed, washer and dryer. Garden with seating. Table for working with good wi fi. Books and boardgames. You can also easily access the north of the country. No smokers or smoking please. We are on the edge of the village which has a good shop.

"Ty-Ni" is situated in the idyllic township of Laugharne on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary, a good base for visiting Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire, in South West Wales. Laugharne hosts the poet Dylan Thomas's Boat House and writing shed where he wrote some of his works including "Under Milkwood". Ideally located to explore the Coastal Path for stunning scenic walks, and close to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth & further a field St David's, Pembroke, the West Coast.
