The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

York Cottage at Mattaponi

Built in 2024, the York Cottage at Mattaponi Springs sits above the wedding venue and just next door to the golf course. Each king bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common area has a full kitchen and dining table. Surrounded by trees and wildlife, this is your refuge from the workweek. The Kalahari Lodge is located in Spotsylvania, VA just south of Fredericksburg. The 60+ acre property offers absolute privacy for your vacation get-away. The home is surrounded by dense forrest, overlooking a large pond. The recently updated cabin has everything you need for your tranquil escape. Potomac Cottage at Mattaponi Springs Golf Club

This charming 4 bedroom, 4 bath cottage features a great room with a kitchen and spacious entertainment area. The great room opens out to a fully covered large porch and outdoor seating area overlooking the 12th hole of The Golf Club at Mattaponi Springs. Comfortably sleeps up to 16: each bedroom has a pair of queen beds. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom. There is a 6B/6b on property as well. Upstairs has two bedrooms—one with a King bed and attached bath, the other with two twin beds. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, living room, second bath, and laundry. A peaceful, comfortable retreat that sleeps 4 and offers a timeless taste of country life.
