Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

A peaceful, private, oceanfront ground floor apartment on a white sugar sand beach with indoor fireplace. (Only one apartment above.) Enclosed, private patio with panoramic beach, mountain, island views plus outdoor gas fire pit & BBQ. Steps from the patio are chairs in the sand with a huge sun umbrella. Complimentary beach bikes. Yummy cafe across the street. It's very rare to find a beachfront place at this price.

Private 1 bdrm with Qn bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette (no stove) patio with table & umbrella. Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.
