It's perfect for a couple, two couples traveling together or a couple and two young children. There is a sofa bed in the lounge that can comfortably accommodate two additional adults. There's no on-site car park but there's plenty of parking nearby.

An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

We have a strict NO parties or loud music rule! If hiking, biking, walking, running, surfing, exploring or just relaxing is your thing, No 34 will tick all the boxes!

Reconnect with nature and access the stunning attractions of South-East Ireland. The cottage is situated on a family residence and is perfect for friends, couples, small families, walking and nature enthusiasts alike. 4pm is the check-in time. Waterford and Kilkenny have a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and many attractions, including the Greenway and copper coast. We’re happy to assist you during your stay. The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Our Gorgeous Stone Cottage (Kilcannon House)

A small cottage in the grounds of Kilcannon House, which is only 10 mins from the Waterford Greenway and the newly opened St. Declan's Way. If you need to relax a break in our Cottage would be the best escape. It has a separate entrance and everything you need for a truly comfortable stay, including a electric stove in the living room, fully fitted kitchen, king size bed ( which can also be made up as a twin bed) and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom can also accommodate one child.
