This is a beautiful little self contained bungalow located at the back of my house. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and unique stay in this (EXTREMELY!) light-filled space. All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

We aim to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Wake up and enjoy a coffee, breakfast in the courtyard and freshen with arguably the best shower! Walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants, the bowlo, as well as shops, post office, public transport, parks and harbour. The home shares a wall with our house and floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. Please also note we are near working silos with original floorboards, so the house can quickly accumulate dust.

Our studio is light filled, high ceilinged, spacious and tranquil overlooking a beautiful garden and comprises a living area, loft bedroom (accessible by ladder) and private use bathroom. The bed is queen sized, and has natural fibre quality bedding. There is a kitchenette with all utensils you need for preparing simple meals. A comfortable sofa bed is available on the ground level ($50 washing fee payable if both beds used). Simple items are supplied including tea and coffee.

Honeysuckle Harbourside-81m2-Parking-Self Check-In

Very modern 1 bedroom 81m2 apartment, situated on Newcastle Harbour in Honeysuckle (Nobby's headland views). The University's city campus is on the opposite side of the street. Footsteps to Honeysuckle's dining and entertainment precinct. One light rail stop from Newcastle interchange, light rail stop is directly behind the apartment building. BBQ on level 3. Apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

All easily accessed by foot or our new tram. Just 5 minutes walk to Newcastle Beach.

‘Little Kilgour’ Guest House is perfectly located between the spectacular coastline, the ‘Eat Street’ precinct in Darby Street and The Junction Village boutiques, shops and cafes, all within walking distance. It is only a 200m walk across Empire Park to the beach and a bit further along to great surf breaks and ocean baths. Walk along the Bather’s Way from Bar Beach to Merewether or up to the ANZAC Memorial Walk and into Newcastle city.
