Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Rahna’s place on the lake was so comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was so convenient for our needs and the property was quaint and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque, relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Renee and Dan's villa. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. We truly enjoyed their gorgeous view of Lake Winnipesaukee, and the fireplace was a special addition to our fall weekend getaway. Renee was sure to check in to make sure we had arrived safely and everything was to our liking. We appreciated the sweet touches like the bottled water in the fridge and the s'mores kit upon arrival. We are very familiar with the area and usually stay in the inn near this villa but wanted to try something different this year. We had a lovely time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us!

If we could give more stars to this Airbnb, we absolutely would! Illdiko has put so much thought and care into designing the space, and it truly shows. The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless. The bed was super soft and we had such a great sleep! The bathroom products were high quality, and although we only made microwaveable dinners, the kitchenette met all our needs. The backyard was beautiful, especially in the fall, with a peaceful creek and festive Halloween decorations. The chickens wandering around gave it a charming countryside feel. Do take caution when driving down the driveway, especially with a full-size SUV (she has mentioned this in the listing), but it wasn’t too difficult to manage. We’d love to return next time we’re in New Hampshire!

Words can't describe how happy we were to stay at Kevin's place. It was a joint apartment. Boys could be on one side and girls on the other side for privacy ( I traveled with 9 teenagers -3 boys and 6 girls). The place was big enough, very clean, and had enough plates and stuff. It was quiet, and the river ( and the sound of the water) made a whole difference. We could go on a walk on the trail. It was just beautiful.

This condo met all expectations. The screened in porch was amazing. It overlooked the lake and was the perfect place for morning coffee and breakfast and evening cocktails. It is a studio unit, the kitchen is small but adequate for making coffee and breakfast. The bed was very comfy. Totally enjoyed out 2 nights there and hope to be able to rent again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Kept the boat on the dock out back while we stayed. Nothing beats waking up and walking out back to the boat and taking off for the day with the family. Great restaurants we went to were The New Wood shed, Lemon grass, Canoe, Rubbin butts BBQ. The host was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back for a third year.

Amazing host. Lynne was very quick with questions and concerns. She was always friendly and professional. Her place was well kept and very peaceful.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. It was a short walk to the lake. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved having 3 full bathrooms. It was a short drive to Conway for shopping and restaurants.

Would certainly visit Keith and Karyn’s little oasis again and will recommend it to friends. They have many rules to ensure the folks who spend time at their home show it the respect it deserves and it all seems justified when you see just how loved and well-thought out their Airbnb is. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating once we got to the property, addressing questions proactively. The amenities - grill, speaker, mooring, kayaks, firewood, board games, spices, and many other things made it an effortless visit with limited things to pack in. Only thing I would change is the 9am checkout. We were a bit rushed in the morning to get it all buttoned up given the basic cleaning, trash/recycling, and linen chores to accomplish. Overall a fantastic experience in such a happy home. Thanks Keith and Karyn!

We loved staying in this home! Tamara was wonderful to work with and extremely communicative and responsive. The house was clean and well stocked! It was extremely dog friendly with a fenced in yard and the house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was great and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! Overall, the experience was excellent. The house was spacious and welcoming. Unfortunately it rained our entire stay, so we couldn’t use the outdoor equipment as much as we wanted to but the house was well equipped with other entertainment for times when being outside isn’t practical.

I was very fortunate to find Sean’s place and luckily it was available. It is nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Conway, NH along the Saco River. My daughter got married this weekend and I had booked a Airbnb in Fryeburg, ME over 8 months ago. Unfortunately, there were new owners and the place was not as advertised. I had to scramble and found Sean’s listing and received a response within minutes and I will be forever thankful. I am a host and a renter on Airbnb and I understand the value of making sure that the Airbnb experience is wonderful for both the host and guest. I was so impressed with Sean’s place and how much it made you feel at home 🏠. His place had everything you needed to have wonderful experience. It is host like Sean that makes Airbnb very special experience. My one regret is that I wished I had stay a few more days relaxing by the fire 🔥 pit. Highly recommend Sean’s place.

We had a great time! Tim's place was great. It was cute, with everything we needed, and had an amazing view. We were also pretty close from a few hikes. Tim was very good at communicating and we had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend!

What a beautiful house in a perfect location - near Wolfeboro, near mountains. and gorgeous view of the lake. The house was in perfect order, clean, well-taken care of and comfortable. Nadia was responsive to all questions in a very timely and friendly manner. We had a terrific time and couldn't have asked for a better stay.

10/10 recommend! This was as close to perfect as it gets! The house was amazing. Once we arrived, it came as no surprise that this property is a guest favorite. The views of the river are spectacular. The interior was beautiful, pristine, yet still warm and comfortable. Our kids absolutely loved the space! Steven was an incredible host - proactive with information, instructions, and, most importantly, kind and welcoming. The area is filled with things to do and the scenery is unmatched. With that said, we had just as much peace and enjoyment sitting on the back deck, enjoying views of the river. I would re-book in a heartbeat! We definitely hope to return. This was by far one of our favorite vacations as a family. Thank you so much Steven for helping to shape such a wonderful experience for our little family!

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

This AirBnB was a perfect winter vacation escape. It had everything we needed for our two families. The kitchen was so well stocked and we were never without. Great set up. My 5 year old begged to live there forever! We can't wait to come back!

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Christine's place was the perfect home base for hiking and other activities in the area. It's cozy, well-located, and offers beautiful views from a screened-in porch that's right on the water. I'd happily stay here again!

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!
