The house offers two queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms, laundry, reading nook, fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach cart, yard games & so much more. The 'Outhouse' is attached to the deck and is a separate space to hangout, watch movies & use the PS4. There is everything you need at the Mermaid Cottage!

This private 544 sq ft nautical-themed bungalow features one large room with an open sleeping loft (2nd bedroom) overlooking the main floor. Downstairs is furnished with two rockers, sofa, queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dining table. There is a full bed & twin bed in the loft. Ideal for 4 guests, but accommodates 5. The kitchenette has basics (microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, small fridge) not equipped for cooking meals. Off-street parking & room for a boat trailer. No Pets/Smoking

Pet friendly and centrally located within the town of Beaufort, this rental space is one of a kind! Bike or walk to shops, restaurants and attractions downtown. We provide the bikes! Beaufort has many special tours, historic sites , events, and fun things to do! After a busy day , relax on the top deck where the view is spectacular with sightings of wild ponies and egrets. Pet fee is $50 per stay payable separate to me . Please message me if staying longer than a week .

This charming property is water front and perfect for family gatherings or just a quiet getaway for two . Sit on the deck in the evening and watch the dolphins swim by and the egrets in the marsh . You wont be disappointed in the view . There is a dock to fish or bring your kayak to paddle around . We are 5 min to down town Beaufort’s waterfront.
