The Horseshoe Inn

The Horseshoe Inn is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom living quarters in the loft above a large horse barn. This rare find also has a bonus space with 2 extra twin beds. The Horseshoe Inn is located on a working horse farm in the foothills of the Cherokee National Forest. Located on site are hiking trails, fire pit, fishing pond and beautiful creek. Our price is based on 6 people. There is a fee for guest over 6. This allow our place to be affordable to smaller groups and suitable for larger groups.

Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.
