Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

"LA Quercia di Mamie" Maison et Piscine Privée

🏡 Maison indépendante avec piscine privée à usage exclusif entre bois et collines, à 8 km de Spoleto (630 m d'altitude), dans le hameau de Borgiano. Idéale pour les familles en quête de calme et de détente près du sentier de l'Ex-ferrovia Spoleto-Norcia. La maison et la piscine sont entièrement à votre disposition et partagées avec personne. Note sur la propriété : le domaine est en pleine nature et la maison n'est pas clôturée ; la seule zone entièrement clôturée est l'espace piscine.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Inoltre a disposizione dei nostri ospiti una lavatrice, un terrazzo con vista sul giardino e uno splendido patio.

Simona’s house in the woods - Villa Boutique

Villa boutique immersa nel bosco all’interno del Parco dei Cimini alle pendici del Monte Cimino (800 m. s.l.m) L'immobile è grande circa 450mq ed è circondato da circa 1,5 ettari di giardino/pineta. La villa è dotata di una sauna e un hot tube a legna privata nel bosco. Una casa progettata da uno dei migliori architetti del centro Italia ed è sapientemente arredata.

L'appartamento è arredato con stile, è luminoso, caratterizzato da soffitti e pareti con affreschi attribuiti al famoso pittore ottocentesco Andrea Galeotti.
