L’immobile si trova al quinto piano accessibile con ascensore ed è composto da ingresso,cucina,ampio soggiorno dotato di camino e divano letto matrimoniale,camera con letto a castello,cucina,gradevole soppalco con due letti ad una piazza,ampia terrazza e bagno,all’ingresso del condominio è presente l’armadietto per il deposito di sci e scarponi.
