The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. The villa is located on the Brenta's Riviera that connects Venice in Padua, surrounded by amazing Palladian's mansions. The accomodation is strategically located: Padua can be easily reached by bus, train, bike or car in less then 15 minutes and Venice is less than half an hour away by train, with the train station 800 meters away.
