Great spot, brilliantly located for keswick. Lovely sized apartment with plenty of space. We will be back! Adrian sent very clear messages with instructions which made everything straightforward.

Excellent place to stay. Close enough to the town centre but still peaceful. Plenty of space and comfortable. Easy to get out into the Lakes. Shame we can't book next year!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft in einer landschaftlich tollen Umgebung! Rachel und Mike sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und in der Wohnung haben eine Karte mit persönlicher Begrüßung, Schokolade und Getränke auf uns gewartet 😊 Von dort aus kann man prima Lake District erkunden und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Hunde von Rachel und Mike sind super lieb ☺️

Gary was responsive, professional and respectful during our stay. The place was spotless and had all the right amenities for a weekend getaway. The bathroom was a highlight. Super clean and very luxurious. There was also plenty of space for storage and a very simple way to access the building. Shops and parking are also very close-by. I’d very much recommend this place!!!!!!

A beautiful and beautifully presented Airbnb in a pretty, peaceful setting. We felt immediately at home, grateful and relaxed as soon as we entered the building. Piers, and the couple cleaning the place as we arrived (early to drop off stuff for the fridge after a 6 hour drive) were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a delightful stay and would be very happy to stay here again. Many thanks.

Ideal location for visiting friends in Carlisle. Very good value for money. The space was exactly what we needed for the night.

Just like home from home with immediate access to all the service you expect for a walking holiday in Cumbria. Also, private car parking, access to what is now an excellent bus services in and around the local valleys and not to forget the immediate availability of the excellence of the Booths super market!

I rented Paul's accommodation for 7 weeks in total and it was lovely, clean and very handy for our tour during their rehearsal period. I shall definitely book again for more rehearsals in Jan/Feb/March 2025. Paul was also very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this house.

Great location! Good size house for a large family gathering, or possibly a group of walkers. . You can walk to Keswick on footpaths from the door as well as a walk up Dodd. Really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. Glyn and Paula

It was a short stay, but everything was as described. Contact with Fleur was pleasant and nice, Fleur made sure we felt at home, Our wind turbine technicians had everything they needed.

Beautiful lake view !! Very scenic!! we spent easter break in this lovely house, Beautiful and romantic surroundings. Highly recommend for Nature lovers!! this place offers comfort and stunning views. Alot to do around this area. James is really friendly, helpful host and always responsive. Perfect for our requirements. We were there only for two nights to climb Scafell Pike. The house was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable and bathrooms good. Very good price, right in the town with great amenities close by.

We all had an amazing time ! Plenty space for our family of 11 and 3 dogs.

We loved spending Easter weekend in this lovely home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed both the wood burning stove and the nice sunny terrace after exploring Cockermouth and the Lake District.

My wife and I have just returned from a lovely weekend at Julie's place. We had a wonderful break and we would not hesitate to return. The apartment was spotless and suprisingly spacious. The views are amazing too!! Julie was also a warm, kind and welcoming host. All in all a fantastic stay.

The location was excellent for walking to almost anything you need. Parking was easy to access. The unit is on second floor so small bags are easier to manage. The unit had beautiful cosy decor and coffee, tea and milk provided. It was comfortable and quiet.

This flat is lovely not far from the Turnberry hotel so great location. Clare was lovely and even dropped the key off for me at the hotel as was having lunch. Lovely quiet area the flat is in plenty of parking. Lovely surroundings beach, light house. Highly recommend will be back 💖

Came up from London with my partner to visit my brother and his family who live in Creetown. The drive from the apartment there was 10 mins so amazingly convenient for us! The apartment itself did everything you could need. Modern, clean, simple basics, but great internet, comfy bed, and lovely tv. Very lovely bathroom too! We arrived 3 hours late - early hours of morning but the check in instructions were so simple we did not need to disturb our host. Everything was honestly great. A little noise if you’re in the bedroom from the local pub but nothing excessive.

Could not fault this place. Simone is an excellent host. She's really friendly and helpful and so obliging. We had an issue with the smoke alarm going off in the early hours (2.30am!!), and it was a fault on the alarm. We advised her the next morning and she was onto it straight away, communicating with us as required. The kitchen had everything you need, the water was lovely and warm, the heating timer could be over-ridden, but we didn't need heating while we were there. There was not a single thing wrong with this place. Nearby is Allan House and Dove Cottage for Wordsworth fans - word to the wise - get there early before the school outings/coach tours! An Easter Break at The Beehive ,Grasmere. From clear communication & instruction, The Beehive was a perfect place to spend the Easter Break in the Lake District. Accurate description, spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottle of wine and a lovely fruit cake on arrival . The decor was lovely throughout & the apartment had everything we needed during our stay. The views from the communal garden space were lovely & an easy walk into Grasmere took us to some lovely eateries . Really enjoyed the Distillery & The Swan Hotel . Rather than use the car we hopped on & off the regular 555 & 599 buses to Ambleside, Keswick . They were so easy & cheap too. With a flexible check in & out and great communication we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will surely return . Thanks
