The house was in a nice neighborhood and only a few minutes from downtown. It was very clean and spacious.

We ended getting there about an hour before schedule and Terry said we come earlier! Honestly we can’t wait to go back, house honestly felt just like home, we did not bring any of our pets but I love the whole pet friendly vibes, we will definitely be back as we have family here. The house was thoughtfully equipped with modern conveniences, making it both comfortable and functional. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy spaces to gather, a well-appointed kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to relax. The owners clearly take pride in the property, and the attention to detail was evident. Whether it was enjoying family meals together, taking in the serenity of the lake, or simply spending quality time, this house offered everything we could ask for. Stayed the entire month of April. The house was in a good location for a number of things. We did a bunch of fishing - the property's boat slip and dock deck were very nice to have.

my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay! Karen and Lee are such friendly and inviting hosts! They were very flexible and more than willing to help if I needed anything! The place is so cozy yet so spacious! The garden area is beautiful and the hot tub is awesome! It’s walking distance to downtown Hickory or a 2-3 minute car drive. So many adorable little shops and places to eat there! If you’re staying in the Hickory area then I 10 out of 10 recommend this place! Can’t wait to come back!

Karen’s rental was great. She was very responsive, even on Christmas Day when there was an issue with door lock. Matches pictures, clean, and beds were comfortable. Overall we were pleased with rental and the host. Definitely would stay there again.

I can’t say enough good words to describe this little “apartment.” From the moment i opened the door, each room was stunning. The kitchen is immaculate, the bathroom floors are heated, and the bed is fit for royalty! Eddie sends a video at check in to help visualize where everything is situated. This is a Hickory must-stay! Centrally located and close to everything. Space was modern, clean, clean, and roomy. The room was even larger than the pictures. I will be back!

Diane is an excellent host! We felt so welcome and at easy at her place. She is the perfect mix of being there if you need her and allowing you space and privacy! Highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

We felt right at home when we walked through the door! We love the fact that the light switches were labeled with what they were for and on top of that it was very clean inside!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The condo was well equipped, nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Unit on second floor elevator close by. Parking was on street but we had no problem finding convenient spots. Shower pressure was great! A/C was not locked at a temp which is a must for a hot sleeper. We definitely recommend Katie’s condo!

The place was great, super clean, comfortable couch and beds. easy to get to all your Lake Norman attractions. 5 star rating all the way!

Eli's place was just what we were looking for. Simple, free of clutter and in a safe neighborhood. Parks we're close so that was nice with kids.

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.
