Nothin' Fancy Guesthouse (20 mins to Chatt)

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. With kitchen, full bathroom, queen sized bed and convertible couch, this is all you could hope for from tiny space living! We have several books and board games to enjoy your time together and the 50” flatscreen is there, just in case reading and games arent your thing. If you need a quiet place to just get away for a while, or a clean place to lay your head, we’re here to help!

This little farmhouse is nestled on the back of the property and offers a cozy and warm environment with many wonderful amenities.
