This 19th-century country farmhouse has been recently renovated with all the modern conveniences while preserving its historic charm. With three living spaces and two fireplaces, there's plenty of room to relax with family and friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Celebrate special events in the unique bar room. Come to relax with friends and family at this 2.5 acre home with large in-ground swimming pool near Syracuse University. The 1700 Sq ft space includes 3 bedrooms (master suite 18’ x 15’) and two full baths! The master suite has a king size bed (can be split to 2 twin size beds) and a pull out sofa sleeper if needed. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with vanity, and the third bedroom includes a full size bed and dresser. Also is a large eat in full kitchen and living room.

This is Country Quiet that is also centrally located. We are in between Syracuse and Cortland, NY (15 miles to both off Interstate 81.) You will be put to sleep by bullfrogs and crickets but be able to hop on the highway and reach many destinations. For vacationers, we are at the edge of the Fingerlakes about 20 miles from Skaneateles, NY. Whether passing through or here for a short stay, our place will provide comfort and quiet.

Enjoy your own private entrance to this lovely three bedroom guest suite with cozy sitting area. THERE IS NO KITCHEN, tho offered is a microwave oven, bar refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker. Bedrooms and full bath are upstairs on the second floor. The 1860 Suite is located on a scenic tree lined village street. Stroll down the sidewalk to quaint village shops, Cazenovia Lake, parks, plus fine dining & "farm to table" restaurants.
