Built in 2017. East Zion-Glendale Ranch Cabins offers a quiet, western atmosphere. Located in Glendale, Utah, right in the middle of scenic Southern Utah. Stay in one of our Cabins and experience rustic cozy comfort with all the modern conveniences. Only 25 minutes away from Zion National Park and 55 minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park. A 5-15 minute drive to restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store. In the evenings enjoy a fire pit while star gazing into our crystal clear skies!

The Cottage above the Carriage House

The Carriage House Cottage is a darling, well lit 1 bedroom accommodation with beautiful features and hickory hardwood flooring, located 3 blocks from St. George's downtown area. Sleeps up to 3 persons in a modern building architecturally matching the historical Pioneer House on the south end of the property. Walk to downtown restaurants, shops, art galleries, museums and show venues. This paradisaical getaway, with both indoor and outdoor treasures, offers secluded charm that is near it all!

Linden Cottage is a newly renovated historic home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood one block from historic downtown. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

Hilltop Cottage

Hilltop Cottage. The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. North Cottage at Zion National Park

Our comfy North Cottage is nestled in the heart of Springdale. This space comfortably sleeps 4 guests in 2 California King size beds. Traveling with 5? There's a single sofa sleeper in the cottage, too! A full bathroom & kitchenette provide the basic necessities needed to enjoy your stay. Take in the amazing views of Zion Nat'l Park from your room, the spacious outdoor deck above or from your private patio and be within walking distance to almost everything in Springdale!

The Historic Rose Cottage

The Rose Cottage is a charming historic cottage located on the main street near the town center in Springdale. Guests are surrounded with views of Zion National Park and are conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, art galleries, a grocery store and steps away to shuttle stops for easy access to the park. Guests have full access to this quaint cottage and property. The home features original oil paintings by the host that are for sale.

Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park Cottage

Have a fantastic get-away in beautiful Hatch, Utah! You will find so many things to do such as... hiking, biking, riding your atv, taking the boat out, fishing plus so much more! It's centered between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. In the winter months we are about an hour and twenty minutes away from Brian Head. Hatch is a great location to travel year round, and our cottage can accommodate you through all of the seasons!

Away from all the hustle and bustle, we are a cozy home on a quiet street, in a small town. Brand new mattresses, sheets, towels, couches...everything! Come stay with us and use us as your base camp as you explore Northern Arizona and Southern Utah. Do you pull a camper, boat, or atv trailer? We can accommodate all your parking needs with AMPLE space to park on either the north or south side of the house.
