River Hollow Retreat

Our place is just 10 minutes from Kerrville, 5 minutes from Comfort and 30 minutes from Hunt & Fredericksburg. We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Our manufactured home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large front porch, Party pavilion inclusive of hot tub, outdoor fireplace with fantastic couch seating, pool table, smoker, grill, outdoor dining for 12.

The Corner Haus

The “Corner House” was built in 1954 by my parents, LeRoy and Colleen Bohnert, who made it their home for 63 years. Their home was filled with love and laughter and was a magnet for the neighborhood kids to play. My parents loved to entertain family and friends. My mother always had homemade cookies for to serve the guests. My husband and I remodeled the house in 2018. The house has two bedrooms, one bath, a screened porch which is perfect for morning coffee or that evening glass of wine.

Designed to connect with the natural systems of a special place, Chertecho sits among the trees on a 5-acre rocky slope overlooking the Pedernales River Valley. An outdoor stair system connects the three levels - a covered rooftop deck; a second-floor master suite; and a ground floor kitchen space. The Riverside Cabin was originally constructed in 1935 as a Hill Country get-away to accommodate hunting, fishing and river activities. It is located on the original route to the Old Spanish Trail on the banks of the Guadalupe River, within 1/2 mile of Comfort's Historic District. Situated on 10 acres, the cabin is a quiet, private retreat and a comfortable central location for exploring the Hill Country.
