This 180-year-old historic cabin sits on a beautiful lot, shared with our 1865 three-story home and a two-story carriage house. Ask about renting bikes and a golf cart!

The little house is located within a 170-acre modern farm community filled with open meadows, woods and dunes. Minutes to beach, 1 hour to Chicago. Relax and enjoy the property or head out to explore the lakeshore, wineries, and great area restaurants! Two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fully appointed kitchen, living area w/fireplace, and a large screened in porch. Enjoy the hot tub, heated game room outdoor bed or the multiple reading nooks. Oh, and never a cleaning fee!

Bunkhouse Seventy-Four

Once used by seasonal farm labor in the 1930s, Bunkhouse Seventy-Four is a fully restored historic bunkhouse with all the modern amenities for a comfortable getaway. Perfect for couples, it features a full kitchen, bath, queen bed, a spacious porch, beautiful antique stained glass windows, a private outdoor soaking tub (Apr-Nov) on a 7 acre hobby farm. Large side lot with plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a fire pit. In-law quarters on the lower level w/ kitchenette, bathroom and queen bed upon request.

Great for bird watching, with great blue herons, egrets, ducks, bald eagles, plovers, cormorants, woodpeckers and other species seen daily.
