A fianco alla casa passa il sentiero 501 che conduce direttamente alle 5 terre attraverso i boschi che riempiono la valle. E' dotato di una grande terrazza (oltre 16 metri quadri) che gode di una magnifica vista panoramica sulla valle e dalla quale si ammirano delle emozionanti albe. Il parcheggio è privato.
