Come and relax on a 40 acre farm in Arcadia, OK! The beautiful two story wood barn features a newly built out 2,000 sq.ft. apartment with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This includes a full kitchen, 85 inch TV with surround sound, two loft bedrooms with three beds each, a Weber Grill, & plenty of relaxing space. The property includes hiking trails, kayaks, multiple animals, and Kenny the Clydesdale! Please no parties, we live on site and enjoy the quiet relaxing farm too.

Working Cattle Ranch

We are 6 miles north of Chandler (Route 66). "Entire home" refers to the professionally built, 900 sq ft space over the garage which means stairs (within code). Our home is attached via a breezeway. We have 80 acres with pastures, 1 stocked pond and trails through the woods. We have 3 outdoor “always on” security cameras: 1 on the garage wall and (main house) front & back porches (not the N patio which guests can use). This is our home, we expect responsible and caring guests.

Route 66 Oklahoma City 1925 Red Caboose

Enjoy a wonderful night in our 1925 CB&Q wooden caboose. As you pull into the driveway of our little farm, you won’t believe you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City and less than 10 minutes from Edmond. You may encounter deer, turkeys, road runners and much more. Enjoy the lonesome howl of distant coyotes in the evening as you step outside this old waycar. Comfy & cozy for two guests, or ideal for a personal retreat, "Sparrow Cottage" includes its own private patio with gas grill as well as a separate fenced sitting area outside with fire pit. Our place is 15 minutes from Oklahoma State University, Lake McMurtry East is 3.5 miles away. You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, tranquility and the wildlife. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Enjoy the stars and nights around the fire pit. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.

Each cottage has an open, spacious floor plan that includes a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, a luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower and stand alone bathtub, a comfy sofa with pull out bed and a cozy gas fireplace. Take a stroll on our 30 acres, check out a fishing pole and head over to the pond, or take our canoe out for a spin.
