Clean and comfortable! Shower had lots of power and ac worked great! Located in a cute area with lots of unique shopping and food options within minutes. Plus it’s a short drive to downtown Charleston which has many more options.

Really enjoyed our stay at this charming beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We felt lucky to find it and would love to come back. It was great to bring our dog along. Just a heads-up: while the yard is beautifully kept, there are signs asking that pets not use it for bathroom needs. Also, pets aren’t allowed on the furniture, so plan ahead if your dog is used to being up on the couch or bed. The screened-in porch was a great hangout spot, and the bed was comfy. We saw an outdoor shower there, but it didn’t work. It wasn’t listed as an amenity, so we didn’t expect it, but it’s one of those features we always love at the beach. Check-in at 4pm felt a bit late to us and we chose not to pay for early check-in. Overall, everything was lovely. We could hear the ocean from the house and walk there in just a few minutes. Oh, and there’s a dog park nearby - a nice perk. We’d love to stay here again! WE LOVE FOLLY 🤙

Very gracious hosts and cute guest apartment convenient to Charleston. Property is beautifully landscaped and is very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Tricia’s. The place was exactly as advertised and spotless throughout. Host was a good, proactive communicator and instructions were clear and helpful. A bit challenging to locate this property at night - recommend checking-in during daylight and note landmarks for returning after dark.

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. The pool and outdoor shower were incredible and the beds extremely comfortable. Danielle made sure we were happy and comfortable and she was so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely perfect stay!!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Yenniffer's place is a great place to stay if you want to bring your pets as well. It's small but its more than sufficient for a couple and thier dogs to stay in. Great host!

We loved our stay at Sarah’s place! In a quiet, walkable neighborhood away from the tourist traps, there was plenty to do and see and eat! We either walked or drove no more than 6 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. The place itself was cute, clean, and had everything you needed with lots of little personal details. Sarah was so sweet and communicated proactively and clearly. Check-in and out was easy. So nice to have private parking as well.

We really enjoyed our stay! Close to everything and folly beach is really nice. The listing says the place is on their property, but we didn’t realize it was steps from their front door. They were outside often so sitting on the patio didn’t feel as private. Just something to note. Our overall stay was good. Place was very clean, had everything you would need and bed was comfy. Would recommend this Airbnb!

Such a cute little space for 1 or 2 people. I was there for work and it was a perfect place for me to rest after work. I would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay with Laura & Ed! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into every detail. The space, tucked behind a private gate in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, felt like a serene retreat. Check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect—close to beaches, trails, great restaurants, just a short drive to Charleston and parking was convenient. Inside, the decor was exquisite and full of character. every piece of furniture, especially the bed, was both stylish and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the sound machine, cozy blankets, umbrella, and well-placed reminder notes. The space was spotless and well-organized. Communication was great, and the welcome note and gift were a lovely touch. It’s rare to find a place with this level of care, comfort, and style. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

Visiting Kim’s cottage was a pleasure. With off street parking and a private courtyard, the cottage is gracious and welcoming from the beginning. The cottage itself was clean, new and tastefully decorated, making good use of color, texture and form throughout. Furniture was comfortable and entire cottage was peaceful. We enjoyed our four nights there and heartily recommend Kim’s cottage.

Cute little place to stay. Holly was great and made sure we had everything that we needed. The only thing was the bathroom door. It’s a two sided sliding barn door style that didn’t offer a whole lot of privacy. This wasn’t a big issue for us because it was me and my husband, but if you’re planning to stay with a friend be prepared to know them a little better before you leave, lol.

Perfect for our weekend stay in Charleston! Clean, well-stocked and the local recommendations were great for first-time visitors. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a great time at the Boathouse. Mornings sitting on the dock sipping coffee and watching the birds and the kayakers. The house is amazing. Looks much smaller outside but is comfortable inside for two people. Warning- if you’re looking for something fancy and luxurious look elsewhere. But Matthew’s place is comfortable, rustic and all that you need. The kitchen is complete and I that small space there’s even a washer and dryer! It’s close to shops and restaurants in Mount Pleasant and a quick drive over a magnificent bridge to Charleston where there’s lots do. Another warning- there are lots of stairs in the house. Not a problem for us. Just FYI.
