This three bedroom, two bathroom cottage is the perfect place to get away and enjoy all the nature and activities this area has to offer! Bring your small boat for our dock and your golf cart to our recently remodeled and updated home away from home! A short walk to so many activities. There are so many wonderful things to do here!

Clear water springs on coastal river provide family kayaking, snorkeling/swimming, manatee/dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping & exploring. Golfing, restaurants & groceries close. Cosy, waterfront rustic cabin/woodsy setting. Seven Sisters Springs are immediately in front yard: goggle/Youtube. Otters, owls, fish, water birds and other wildlife seen at times from yard. The springs and a good portion of river are clear except around heavy rains. Close to the Homosassa and Crystal rivers.

Fully private fenced pool home near the river

Chassahowitzka, a fishing village in Homosassa, Fl. Book one our local fishing guides, swim with the manatees, or rent kayaks from one of the local campgrounds on the water all less than two miles away! It is a very short paddle to 7 sisters springs. It’s a page right out of a fairy tale. In the colder months manatees are abundant and can be observed right from the local dock. Fishing is also permitted at the local dock where Mangrove Snapper and Bass are often caught along with other species.

Located within minutes to world class fishing, golfing, the famous Ellie Schiller's wildlife state park, hiking trails, biking trails, the Peace caves, manatee tours and our local monkey celebrities! Come back to your space and cool off in our large pool while grilling and chilling with the family. The pool is equipped with a safety gate and floatation buoy for the safety of your small children. In walking distance is Sassa Style Rentals where you can rent golf carts, kayaks, boats and more.

Nature’s Getaway- 💯 Remodeled Animal Free Property

Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management land.
