We enjoyed our stay. The location is good and it is easy to get into the house. The house is fully furnished, very clean and homey. So many nice touches gives it that home feel.The couches were comfortable We had extra blankets. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great and the water hot. I recommend this place.

We were only there for about 12 hours but the place was just what we needed. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and a friendly host that responded quickly to our messages.

Sharon was extremely friendly and helpful. I noticed she had actually removed the listing availability for the night I wanted to come, so I messaged her asking if it would be OK if I booked and she responded immediately. despite her having a funeral that day, which was why she removed the availability, she worked with my schedule and had the house cleaned and ready for me by 7 PM and gave me a late check out of 5 PM two days later which was very preferred for me and very much appreciated. The house was clean and peaceful. Location was very nice but I can only imagine how beautiful it is when all the foliage is back to life.

Visiting family, and it was a great to have a place near them that was affordable, and easy to get to! Thank yall!!

This lake house was such a great find. It’s absolutely beautiful and so so very peaceful. My family and I will for certain be back here. The host was always friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are excellent and so so kind. The neighborhood here is very peaceful. Thank y’all for sharing your home with us. Lord willing we will be back early fall.

Bonito lugar, ambiente agradable, mucha comodidad, especial para compartir en familia, la cocina tenia muchas cosas que eran útiles para cocinar...Nos encantó, el balcón del cuarto máster le quedaría perfecto una silla con una mesita pequeña para leer y tomar café, pero fue excelente 👌.

We loved our stay at the house on 193. It had plenty of room and the surroundings were just beautiful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck while drinking our coffee in the morning. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the nature all around the house.

This was our first experience renting an AIRBNB and it went great! Kim is very responsive and check in was so easy. The house is spotless and plenty of room. Thank you!!!

This was the perfect stay! The home was well appointed, and all the “community” amenities kept us busy! We really felt like we were at a resort when laying by the pool overlooking the lake. I highly recommend Magnolia Overlook. There was even a wedding at the beautiful “Main House” and we would have been none the wiser if Dave hadn’t given a heads up, they were very respectful! We will be back.

Beautiful home right on the course!

The location was quite beautiful. The cabin was a little hard to find in the dark. But not bad at all. There were alot of things to do around the area. We hope to be back one day

Beautiful location. Cabin is comfy and is well stocked. Cindy is proactive and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book if you’re coming to Rome!

We had a nice weekend while at a beach volleyball tournament. Lots of room for 4 moms and 5 kids, great location to walk to downtown.

We came to Rome for the Rock the Country concert. Dixie was extremely accommodating and offered us early check in and late check out. She even had a host meet us on the property and escort us to the property. There was a problem with the WIFI and Dixie let us move over to another cottage that had working WIFI so I could finish my work. It was a beautiful and peaceful setting.

What can I say about Rachel? 5 stars isn’t enough! What a thoughtful host she is!!! We came in during Christmas and she reached out prior to our arrival and offered to decorate for us! Who does that? RACHEL DOES! It’s going to be tough to stay at another Air B&B after dealing with Rachel! The place was perfect for our needs while visiting family in the area, and the fact that her place is pet friendly makes it even more convenient for us! 10,000% recommend stay at one of Rachel’s places of given the opportunity!!! I recently got married here and last minute decided it would be amazing to stay on site. Dixie was incredible and was able to accommodate us. Our parents stayed here and it absolutely beautiful with cozy unique barn feelings matching the whole area.

If you have out of town family or friends and you are reserving the venue for weddings etc. this is the perfect place for Groomsmen to get ready and hang out!
