*This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that sleeps 12 is the perfect destination for your relaxing getaway. Children are welcome, but no pets of any kind allowed on the property. *King Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat screen television, walk-in closet, private bathroom with soaker tub, shower and double vanities *Queen Bedroom: 1 queen bed, flat screen television, hall bath with tub and shower *Double Bedroom: 2 full-size beds, hall bath with tub and shower *Bunk Room: 4 twin beds, private bathroom with tiled shower *Open kitchen and living area with bar seating and flat screen television, kitchen table seating for 6. Cable television, dvd player and wifi available *Dining room with seating for 8 and outdoor dining area with seating for 8 *Kitchen equipped with microwave, double ovens, cooktop, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, mixer, blender, crock pot, and griddle. Gas grill is available on the deck and a Culligan drinking water system is installed. *Laundry room available with washer and dryer. You will experience woods, fields, hills and valleys at this unique destination! Prior to your stay we'll determine together the level of interaction based on the needs of your family. You will also be provided with a phone number where we can be reached during the day and evening for any questions or issues you may have. The Narrows of the Harpeth is a beautiful area in Kingston Springs. There's access to the Harpeth River through the Narrows of Harpeth State Park just a mile down the road. AdventureWorks Zip Line is also located next to the property. Hiking and fishing adventures are all within walking distance. Car services do not travel to our area. Once you're here you won't want to leave! And to be honest, this would be an expensive Uber ride to/from Nashville. Get away from the city with us, and enjoy the chance to remove yourself from the hustle and bustle of downtown. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required. The amount is NOT applied toward rent. Dreamy Vintage Trailer at No.9 Farms

Due to family reasons message me for availability. 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, our completely restored 1949 Spartan Mansion is set up above the gardens in a very private, wooded section of No.9 Farms in Ashland City. Situated on over 40 acres, the trailer sits under a pavilion with an amazing outdoor bath house, kitchen, outdoor covered deck and a fire pit. 12 and older. 2 people. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. You can stay Sunday if you book Saturday :). Just reach out and I will open Sunday.

Serene hilltop hideaway conveniently located within 25 minutes of downtown Nashville and all the urban happenings! Built in 2020 this 1,300 square foot home is on 1.5 acres of a beautiful deep wooded lot. Open spacious combination great room with vaulted ceilings. Covered front porch as well as a treetop deck out back for sunset and sunrise celebrations! Wonderfully private and quiet while just 15 minutes to I-40. We would love to have you come and visit!

Poplar Hollow Barn

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.
