Methow valley custom home, far above the Methow river and Columbia valley. Nearly 360 degree views - west into the Sawtooth mountains, north up the Methow river and North Cascades and East to the Columbia river and eastern wheat fields. You get the whole place to yourselves, lots of privacy and quiet, at the top of the mountains. We have recently expanded the patio in the front to 300+ square feet, with a gas BBQ and a new picnic table. It's a great place to hang out, morning or evening.

Happy Place

Happy Place is state of mind on the edge of Lake Chelan. Private and isolated. It is a studio set up with a king size bed, sitting area, and table. The large deck wraps around for complete views up and down the lake. Watch the Lady of the Lake go by on it's 55 mile daily trip to Stehekin. Across the lake is the wooded and mountainous view of Slide Ridge. Happy Place is towards the end of the road on the north shore of Manson. Wilderness area extends the rest of the up lake.

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy.
