This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

Extremely clean and cozy home away from home. Great spot, close to all amenities, shops and cafes. Mahalia was a great host and extremely responsive.

The place is very conveniently located. Very easy to find and minutes drive away from great restaurants and grocery stores. There is a park right across the street. The bedrooms are street facing, but it is quiet at night. The amenities are complete and thoughtful. Great experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home! The moment we walked in, we felt like we were in a tranquil oasis. The house was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect - and the private spa was amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home, from the plush towels and comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen and entertainment options. We even found a lovely welcome gift on arrival, which was a lovely touch. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway.

We very much enjoyed this retro beach shack. The balcony and views were exceptional with the shore and very private beach just across the road. Was quiet time to visit. Loved having the pool table. Great place to unwind and relax with furry friends. Will definitely visit again.

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

My partner and I recently traveled to Melbourne for a short getaway. We had the pleasure of staying at John and Jeane’s place on the 27th floor, and I can confidently say the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was exceptionally clean, neat, and made us feel right at home. We had the opportunity to meet both John and Jeane in person. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming hosts, and very easy to communicate with. Their responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Our stay was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing escape, and the bed was especially comfortable. The space was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, which meant we didn’t have to worry about packing too much. Overall, the place was amazing, the surroundings were beautiful, and the view was truly unforgettable. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Was a perfect spot to stay right in the heart of Southbank. Everything you need within walking distance! Lots of space for four people to relax. House was clean. Would book again when in the area.

It was a great stay, Tikali is a very responsible host and was kindly enough to allow us store our luggage during our trip to another city, really appreciate. She greeted us on the first and was always keeping in touch and responding quickly. I would definitely recommend her accommodation!

We had an amazing experience staying at Joe's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The guesthouse had a very good vibe, was clean, cozy, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to local shops, cafes, and public transport. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials to make meals. Plenty of storage places to put your luggage. Joe was an excellent host, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. From the moment we booked, communication was effortless. We could tell he genuinely cares about the people staying at his place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area! I enjoyed my stay here, as I have on previous stays. Very comfortable and well equipped and close to trains and trams and the shops and restaurants on Sydney Rd. Very convenient location and a friendly host.

What a change of scenery for a family holiday.. and less than an hour outside of Melbourne CBD! We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the tree line from the master bedroom window, and the kids loved exploring the gardens almost as much as our pup. The outdoor space here might be the hidden gem of a stay, as we found spot after spot for memorable family photos. While there were some minor hiccups during our stay, the hosts Deepika and Ravi were far more than accommodating and absolutely wonderful people to communicate with. They really went the extra mile (km?) to ensure we had a lovely visit.. which we most certainly did.

Marks places was super comfortable and homey. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which she said was comfortable and easy to set up. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant and public transport, it had everything we needed. Would recommend and also stay again Thankyou!
