Just a 33-minute drive to Oneonta’s “Cooperstown All Star Village” and 53 minutes to the playing fields of Cooperstown’s “Dreams Park.” Campfires, barbeques, fishing, swimming, kayaking, corn hole, or a nap in the hammock await you, your family, and guests.

Forget your worries and relax in our lakefront cabin. The beautiful fall foliage is spectacular. Perfect spot for hunters to stay as state game land is super close. The space is a cozy 2 bedroom with 3 beds has a full eat in kitchen, a big living room with a dart board and pool table. There are two tvs with cable tv and WiFi. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all provided. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and a bbq on the deck outside the door looking at the lake!

Cute Lakefront Cottage

Relax on the waterfront and enjoy the privacy offered at Plymouth Lake. Take in the lake view from inside the cottage or from either side of the wrap around deck. Dangle your toes in the water while sunbathing or cast a line from one of the two docks. The wrap around deck allows you to sit in sun or shade at any time of day. Enjoy an easy walk around the lake or explore the 10,000 acres of state land. 10 miles to downtown Norwich for shopping and restaurants.

Chenango Lake Cottage

Located on beautiful Chenango Lake, our cottage is easy driving distance from Colgate University (30 min.), Cooperstown (45 min.), Gilbertsville (20 min.), and NYC (3 hr.). Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families welcome. Located lakeside, we offer a beautiful deck, a large yard, a stocked fire pit and a dock. Kayak, swimming and fishing a must! 1/2 basketball court and pickle ball court on property!

Cozy piece of paradise!

Peaceful, cozy, newly renovated cottage with 100 feet of private lakefront property. This sweet cottage is surrounded on two sides by state land and on the other side by tall pine trees. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the lake. A fire pit is also on-site, but firewood is not supplied. Firewood can be brought in, or there are some bundles available for a small fee. There are two kayaks there for your use.

West Shore Cottage

Enjoy the peace and tranquility our cottage has to offer overlooking beautiful Chenango Lake. A walk down the driveway will lead you to lake frontage where there are chairs and a gas fire pit. Two kayaks are available for use. Chenango Lake is known for its superb fishing so bring your poles. There is also an additional wood fire pit behind the cottage - we provide the firewood.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the spacious and comfortable interior here at Dawson Downs, stroll or lounge about in the manicured pathways, inviting lawns and flowering gardens. Reflect from the water's edge of our multiple ponds, flowing streams or nearby lake. A restorative space offering something for everyone!
