Guests feel like a home n we are responsible for their safety and security. As we are doing airbnb by renting houses from the public, plz follow the house rules and respect our neighbours. We work hard to make you feel comfortable n safe. Power cut is not usual even if it goes , max of 30mins will resume back however incase of any emergency like main cable fault or transformer fault, it will take max of 2 to 4hrs to rectify. But this will happen only incase of high emergency

Quiet, rustic and serene, the cottage is located on Sea Shell Avenue, a road leading to the beach off the East Coast Road at Akkarai. Our surroundings are very peaceful and green. The beaches unspoilt and perfect for taking long walks and dipping your feet (not recommended for swimming, though). Built in a corner of our property, the cottage is the perfect place to unwind. There is space for parking a single guest vehicle.. We also have in house security.
