The living room and bedrooms have Smart TVs and the whole condo is equipped with fiber optic WIFI. There are a variety of small/local businesses along with plenty of corporate/chains to dine or shop along Rt66, within 20-30 mins.

The K7 Depot Cabin sits directly next to a large body of water. Conveniently located 10 miles from Pittsburg and 30 miles from Joplin. THREE GUESTS MAX NO OUTSIDE GUESTS The Cabin sits approximately 100 feet from a short line railroad track. A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. If you stand on the porch you might be able to get the conductor to honk his horn at you! Bank fishing is allowed

It is 2 blocks from Route 66, offers off street private parking. It sleeps 6 people. It has a queen size bed, a full size sofa sleeper, and a full size loft bed that the kids will love! We do accept pets for an additional $25 and we offer a pet friendly area. It has a walk in shower for your ease as well.
