We had a great stay here. George was very responsive and helped with local recommendations. He was there to meet us when we arrive and give us a quick overview of the property and hot tub instructions. The property is clean and has all you would need. The hot tub is great and the beach is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again.

Great comfy stay for me and my friends. Last minute booking but Sarah, the host, was responsive and very helpful/detailed in her instructions. Place was clean and very spacious with all the modern facilities, big comfy beds and enough to keep large families happy and entertained. Hot tub was great bonus too. We did bbqs and cooked every night. Waking up to the Nespresso was great too. Area is a quiet haven and the big supermarkets are a short drive away. Bungalows in the drive to make it look like a scene out of neighbours! Will hope to visit again soon.

Really enjoyed our stay at Andy and Rosie's. The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed having the large field out front to play games in. Andy was very responsive to any questions and gave se great eating out recommendations. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Quirky chatectful home from home large place to stay with some great facilities. Like hot tub, quality air fryer and coffee maker. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for our multi generational family get away. Lovely welcome pack of treats. Description accurate re facilities..

Had an amazing little break with my dog. Exactly what i needed, so beautiful and peaceful. We went on a lot of country walks and enjoyed the sunset in the evenings. My only suggestion would be to block the decking off with a gate on every access/stairway so the dogs can have roaming of decking freely. I did not realise until i arrived that they expected the dogs to be on a lead at all times and not allowed on furniture etc. It is only a small place and I do not own a long lead for my dog or expect my dog to be tied up for long periods at a time when we are away to enjoy ourselves. To avoid them running off into the field these gates in place would be ideal so you can turn your back for more than 2 mins instead of worrying. Besides from this and a brief power cut, everything was amazing and i would certainly return! Thanks so much for having us. The pictures speak for themselves!

So nice to unwind, listen to the birds and decompress. Exactly what was needed with our hectic lives and schedules. Loved the quiet location and that our dogs could walk around the golf course and woods. Only recommendation we would make is a little freshen up and updating in some areas, like sealant around the bath (which was great by the way after a long day!) Having milk when we arrived was well appreciated, if there was a complimentary starter pack of some small jams/butter and scones - I'd give you 5* here! But a great stay nonetheless. Really comfortable.

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Tracy’s lovely annexe! The annexe is gorgeous and well-appointed, all the little touches were subtly perfect (milk and Prosecco in the fridge, coffee machine ready to go with pods provided, ample cutlery and glassware, scented candles dotted around, lovely products in the bathroom, spotless towels and sheets, very comfortable bed… oh, and everything you need to get going with the log burner already provided). The grounds are lovely and welcoming (with some really friendly dogs living at the main house), and gorgeous fields stretch out in front of the house and hot tub, with forests and streams, connecting to local footpaths and bridleways. The hot tub was fabulous and we enjoyed it both the evenings we were there. We ate at the Half Moon (discovery menu) one evening on Tracy’s recommendation and had one of the best meals of our lives. It’s almost difficult to want to write such a positive review because I’d rather keep such a gem a secret! :)

Lovely cottage, ideal for short break to Wittering. Short 15 min drive to the beach. The cottage was immaculate and very peaceful. Anne-Marie was a fabulous host

This is a lovely little house, well looked after and in a great location. Well worth visiting.

The Bowery is a gem! The house itself has everything you need, cosy, spotlessly clean and we loved the very welcoming touches with the delicious homemade preserves and prosecco. We had our 15 month old with us and the toys and baby equipment really made our stay so easy with him. The garden is a haven - we were fortunate to have amazing weather and made the most of sitting out (our little boy had a dream ready made playground!) listening to the church bells and saying hello to the cats. Lots of nearby walks directly from the house and a handy waitrose and small tesco too. The Bowery is a great base to further explore the beautiful south downs. Thank you!

Anda and Chris were so lovely, welcoming and supportive! I would always come back with my whole family! She even put dog bowels, a bed and toy out for our dogs! Absolutely lovely and personal stay! Thank you!!

Beautiful place at the side of Jenny’s house with a small enclosed garden area, Jenny has a beautiful enclosed larger garden which she let us use as and when we wanted with sheep and horses at the end to see. The house was like being at home, comfortable beds, clean and everything you need for your stay. We stayed with 4 dogs who all enjoyed their holiday. Location is peaceful but you will need to drive to anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay again

We had a lovely stay over Easter, the weather was mixed but the village has everything you need- a few cafes snd pubs, baker, butcher, fishmonger and a couple of coops. Lots of places to walk and visit from the cottage. The off road parking is great but a bit tight for a larger car. The house was spotless, warm and comfortable. Stairs are steep ( common in houses of this age), but my elderly father managed ok. Thanks for a fun break!

We had a fantastic stay at the Party Barn. Katie is a brilliant host, very responsive, gave great recommendations and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The property is lovely and Katie left lots of nice touches such as bread, milk, butter, eggs, cereal and juice. She also allowed us use of her indoor swimming pool whenever she was not teaching which was so nice and the boys loved it. The boys also very much enjoyed meeting the new lambs. Thank you so much.

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

If you are looking for a home from home or an upgrade from home, this is the place to stay. Arrived from Melbourne and immediately settled into the joy of living in the countryside. Although too cold to enjoy the pool, we did use the tennis court and shot some hoops. We walked to Old Thorns Golf and Country Club and can recommend Katie's Coffee bar. It's an easy walk amongst stunning scenery. We walked back via the Foley Estate from the Deers Hut pub. Liphook is so lucky to have not one but two stunningly beautiful golf courses. If their is a heaven on earth, we must have stayed in its guest house!

The caravan had everything we needed and was really well stocked. Perfect play to stay with our dog and very reasonable priced. It was sited in a lovely peaceful part of the park with bridle paths accessed easily nearby. Excellent communication with Emily, and we were even able to check in early which was fab. Thank you so much Emily!

We spent a fabulous Easter weekend at Driftwood Cottage. Catharine was an excellent host and was extremely easy to deal with. The house is spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The use of the kayaks was a bonus we hadn’t really considered beforehand but turned out to be a real highlight. The location is amazing. Right next to the ferry terminal but you wouldn’t know it when you’re at the house. The views up the creek at stunning. Highly recommended.

Really convenient location, we walked to the beach and swam in the sea several times and ate out locally. Lidl and a little Tesco very nearby for buying groceries. If you want seaside 2p machines, avoid the amusements next to the Beachlands car park and go to the ones inside Funland. The pools at the park were great; indoor heated was a little deep for smaller kids to stand in, but they particularly enjoyed the heated outdoor one and there was also an unheated paddling pool and lots of seating. Caravan was great although the door was a little sticky and the oven dial indicators required a bit of guesswork - kitchen much better equipped than many we have stayed in. It is in a great location on the park as it’s right near the entrance and main hub. The kids appreciated the PlayStation after time outside and Jonathan was really quick to respond to all queries. We’d happily stay again if returning to the area.

My family had a wonderful stay during Easter holidays. Everything about our stay was very easy due to Helen’s fantastic instructions and online guide. We all loved using the pool, it was clean and warm. Sharing the pool with the other holiday let was no bother as the pool was plenty big enough for everyone. The village and setting itself is beautiful and so close to many amenities. The children have already asked to come back!!
