Great space, lovely location. would recommend using the sofa bed instead of the single bedroom if the third guest is an adult. Would be even more perfect if some ground coffee was provided for the cafetiere!

Princy's property was a perfect place to stay for us. It was spacious, modern and beautifully clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We particularly liked the lay out of the bedrooms as it suited our family of 2 grandparents, our daughter and son-law and their 3 boys . We loved the openness of the house, the conservatory and being able to walk straight out onto the beach. Absolutely lovely watching the windsurfers and at night to look out and see the night sky full of stars. We were very fortunate to choose a weekend when we had wall to wall sunshine. Be aware that the house is on a private road that is not tarmacked. We would love to go back sometime as we loved every minute of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the Jungle Crazy Golf at Chichester Golf Club, which also has escape rooms. Thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

Such a beautiful place, our family loved the tree house, the lake and the boats. The wildlife were amazingly tame. Katherine and Alex were great friendly and communicative hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time at Sue’s place. We came on the train - so no car. For us it was a 10-15 minute walk from the station, all very easy. The place is beautiful, a lot of character. Plenty of space for everything you’ll bring. Hot tub was a great addition which we loved using most of the nights we were there. Thanks!

To be honest the pictures don't do this place justice. If you think it looks amazing in the pictures you'll even more surprised when you see it in person. Beautiful property, amazing location. The walk around the river is lovely. Didn't make it to the lake. There's a little hight street with a few food places and its about a 25 min drive into Brighton. Each floor has a balcony looking over the river. Beds are very comfortable. The place is very well looked after with no expense spared. The second lounge has a big TV with a good surround system so if you want to watch a movie or sports it's perfect. Came down with a few friends for one night to get away for the weekend. We booked the night before but Amy and Tom were very responsive, helpful and friendly and the whole thing was very easy to organise. Amazing hosts. Perfect getaway spot. Will definitely be looking to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tessa's. The cottage is full of character, charm and warmth, which is clearly a reflection of Tessa herself - she was a very kind, caring and responsive host. The property has everything you need for a getaway and our pooch loved the secure garden. We walked from the door everyday to Fishbourne nature reserve (5 mins) taking various paths - the Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay was fabulous and only 30 mins on foot through Meadows overlooking the estuary (and nesting swans)! We will be back as soon as we possibly can!

A delightful weekend stay Yaverland - an easy 20 minute walk down the hill to Sandown and in a quiet holiday park - backing onto beautiful trees and nature. Had a lovely walk along the cliffs and spent the day biking around the surrounding towns. The host made every accommodation for guests - well set up with tea, coffee and biscuits there for you on arrival! The chalet has been very thoughtfully renovated, very cleanly, great wifi and large TV for Olympic viewing. A great getaway! We didn’t have a car as we like walking and biking but would advise a car for the Isle of Wight if here for longer as it’s larger than it looks, and this place is not right in the township. Great communication throughout and would definitely recommend it!

We booked the place for my family to stay for the night for my graduation so we didn’t really get to do a lot inside the flat. However, the check in is really easy and they were very helpful and responsive. There’s a phone number to call on if you need to reach them and also an office. I honestly thought the place is located in a very nice location (3-5 mins walk to the beach too). The house and rooms are very clean and looks lovely! Would stay again if needed a place to stay on. Lovely host!

Staying at Sophia's place was truly one of the most special experiences I’ve had through Airbnb (if not the best). From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home – not just as guests, but as part of her family. Her kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality touched our hearts in so many ways. As soon as you cross the door, the most beautiful furry friends will be there to say hi – genuinely the cutest girls! If you love dogs, I can guarantee you’ll fall in love. 🐼🐻❤️ Sophia's home was amazing, you can feel how much love and care she puts into creating a space that is warm and inviting. 100% recommended!

Another wonderful stay at the cottage. The cottage itself is magical, the garden is peaceful and the hosts are so kind and accommodating. A place to unwind, relax and reconnect. A real home away from home. A real treasure of a place, a blessing to have stayed here... One not to be missed, go and enjoy this cottage if you have the opportunity, oh and bring some duck food for feeding the wild ducks too 😜

This is our second time staying at Amanda's beautiful cottage and we will continue to come back as long as she'll have us. It's spacious, comfortable, is in a great location, and has plenty of parking nearby. Everything is walkable from her place and it is super easy to get to. There are sights, a grocery, and plenty of shopping and dining nearby. As for the place, the kitchen is perfectly appointed, beds are very comfortable and Amanda was even nice enough to leave us a welcome gift in the refrigerator! Thank you! Communication is perfect every step of the way and the unit is super easy to get into. We love coming to Arundel and will be back! Thank you for another amazing stay, Amanda. We had a wonderful time in this lovely house with a beautiful view and nature. The house is spacious and very clean and cozy. This place is perfect for those who are tired of the hustle and bustle of the city. Milly and her husband are very helpful and hospitable. The house has everything you need, special thanks to the owners for the croissants with jam and for the milk and juice xxx. We are really liked the cute details in the form of fresh flowers in each room and on the dining table .We hope that we will definitely return to this wonderful place. Our stay at Oakwood Farm was truly unforgettable. The setting was absolutely stunning, and the barn itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly welcoming - an ideal place to relax and unwind. We especially loved the animals and how comfortable they were around us. It was such a joy to sit and read while ponies, a horse, alpacas, and even deer wandered by! We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. Huge thanks to Sophie for being such a wonderful host!

A lovely place to stay. Nathalie was really friendly and welcoming. This cottage was like home from home, exactly as described. My kids loved the trampoline and Louis the dog.
