The Annexe, within the owner’s enclosed grounds, is set in the peaceful Devon countryside, well located for many different activities including; surfing, walking, fishing, cycling and sightseeing. It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The 2 bed / 2 bath cottage offers a homely rural retreat for up to four guests – a relaxing space at the end of an active day, or a tranquil place to simply escape. The property has its own cottage garden as well as a private riverbank woodland from where you can fish - or relax by the water and watch the local wildlife.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Situated next to the forest perfectly between the hills of Dartmoor and the coast of North Devon and Cornwall. Hot tub preheating available for £30 (water temperature of 32-38c is pleasant)

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

The Haven View Chalet, Crackington Haven, Cornwall

The Chalet is a self-contained wood-built cabin in the grounds of Haven View, perched on the side of the valley and overlooking the dramatic cliffs and beach of Crackington Haven. If you feel like joining in and enjoying the activities, cafes or pub, it's only a 2 minute walk away, or you can sit out on the veranda listening to the sounds of the sea and just watch! Also a great base for some coast path walking, with some challenging but spectacular cliff walks straight from the door.
