This warm, comfortable and stylishly decorated studio guest suite sits above a detached garage and has a private entrance. The house is in a tranquil 4 acre plot with lovely views from your personal raised sundeck. All within walking distance from Tisbury village and train station.

Relax in this calm, stylish space, renovated with love and attention to detail. Nestled in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, the Nadder Valley is home to quintessential English villages, charming pubs and excellent restaurants, all just a short drive from Salisbury and Shaftesbury. Our family lives next door and we share a driveway and gardens, but the house is yours. We're happy to help or give privacy—whatever suits. We have friendly neighbours, animals and plenty of scenic walks.

The New Forest, Studland Beach, Stonehenge & the Cities of Salisbury and Bath are all within an hour's drive.

Ansty, Tisbury - Spacious Annex

Our annex features two spacious double bedrooms ensuite with super kingsize beds which can be split into single beds upon request. One ensuite includes a bath and shower, while the other has a shower. There is NO kitchen but there is a dining area/room with fridge, microwave and kettle and we supply milk, coffee and tea and continental breakfast. Bookings for 2 guests include access to one double bedroom. If you would like to use both bedrooms, please select 3 or 4 guests when booking.

The Arch, The Fonthill Estate, Tisbury, Wiltshire

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. The Arch sits at the entrance to the original Fonthill Estate. Built in 1755 as a grand arrival to the Estate, it is listed Grade 1 for its historical importance. The Arch is a 25-minute walk or 3 minute drive from The Beckford Arms through the Estate parkland. Guests arrive at their own private parking space in the woods and descend down a lit walkway, an extraordinary piece of architecture, designed with modern touches.

Fab Loft, walks, pubs in West Wiltshire Nr Tisbury

A modernised 1 bedroomed annex located in the beautiful village of Teffont, close to Tisbury, Salisbury and Stonehenge. 5 mins drive from the A303 giving easy access to London or the West. There are many points of interest nearby, some fabulous pubs and great walks. Our loft is completely self contained with everything you need for a cosy time away from home. We do welcome small/medium sized, well behaved dogs but request that they are kept off the furniture. We charge £15/dog/night.

Beautifully furnished, very well equipped, romantic & spacious. Thick stone walls make it warm & cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as very quiet. It has an exceptionally comfortable super kingsize bed, rolltop bath, huge velvet sofa, sound system, 50" TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area & shower room.

Sandyhills Studio

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Based within our family home in the picturesque village of Teffont, the location of this studio flat on the lower ground floor with its own courtyard access, gives freedom to come and go as you please. The Studio is newly refurbished to include a kingsize bed with Egyptian cotton linen, small dining area, fully equipped fitted kitchen, shower room with heated towel rail and plenty of storage/hanging space for your belongings.

Our thoughtfully designed interiors will make you feel welcome from the moment you park up outside. The guest house is privately located in our gated drive overlooking the gardens. A local pub in the village too!
