Loved the place felt very much at home. I love that it was very child friendly. Had toys and other things for the children to play. We also really enjoyed the board games that were available to use. We had a great weekend.

We’ve stayed here numerous times and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we’re in Arrowhead! Gorgeous house and the best hosts! The Village is literally around the corner too.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

Amazing home! They were very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. The home is very spacious perfect for families!

Stayed for 3 nights in my home town . Placidias place was great and central to everywhere I needed to go. Very friendly and I felt very safe . Loved it .

Very convenient location for NOS Events center or any other SB location. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Independent entrance ensured good privacy, place had all the things I needed for the stay. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected, did not had trouble using any of the furnishings. Shower was hot, toiled worked fine, internet was fast, etc.

The host was so helpful and responded on time. The location was peaceful and nothing in the house was out of place there was a lot offered from irons and steamers to even a towel warmer this was the most perfect Airbnb you can ever book. I’ll be back for another stay

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

This tiny cabin in the woods was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed—such a magical little retreat. Highly recommended! During our stay, my partner cooked some amazing meals for us—it made the experience even more special. We also really enjoyed the games you provided and spent a lot of time playing them together. One of the highlights was watching the birds around the cabin—it was so peaceful and calming. We had the opportunity of staying at this home over the weekend and when I tell you it felt like home LITERALLY Felt like home. What an incredible cabin! Very cozy and spacious for everyone to enjoy. The beds were super comfortable. The cabin is not far from the Lake Arrowhead village and Santa’s Village, which was perfect. 10/10 would recommend to others and will definitely come back for another stay.

This place is awesome! We have stayed here twice, and it never disappoints. It is super charming and a short, easy hike to the Village. We did the hike with two twelve-year-old kiddos, and they loved the trek. Only about a 25-minute walk into the village. Access to the lake is easy and close. Heather provides great instructions and a wonderful welcome pamphlet with things to do. There is a super well-stocked market nearby that was only about a 2-minute drive. The place is impeccable with everything you need. My only recommendation would be an air fryer, otherwise, it really has everything. The beds are extremely comfy, and the decor is really cute. The TV has access to a lot of paid apps that were a great touch. She even had extra toothbrushes and brushes (all new and individually packaged) under the bathroom sink. The kids enjoyed swinging on the tree swing while the adults enjoyed snacks on the patio. So relaxing! Heater also worked great. Definitely recommend.

Very cozy, kids loved the games and the bean bag chair (the bean bag chair sold the place, honestly). Very peaceful - exactly what we needed for a break from the city. Surprisingly close to the grocery store and restaurants. Would stay again!
