Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

This stylish two bedroom property offers a cosy & relaxing stay with a log burner for those cold winter nights, open plan living with 50 inch smart tv and kitchen. On the first floor is a good sized bathroom with a powerful shower and a bedroom with a king bed. On the top floor is an open plan bedroom & bathroom with free standing bath and a superking bed. Throughout the house is exposed Cotswold stone giving you that authentic feel.

Benefitting from a high standard of finish and very comprehensive fixtures and fittings it really is a very comfortable home from home. Explore the Cotswolds with points of interest such as Diddly Squat, Daylesford Organics, The Wild Rabbit, SOHO Farmhouse, Kingham etc all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Not forgetting festivals such asThe Big Feastival and Wilderness are close by.

Please note: The staircase is quite steep due to the age of the property, so we do not recommend that small children stay here.
