This spacious family home has 4 (+1) bedrooms, a kitchen/living room with a large log burner, and another living/dining room with an open fire, both opening onto the veranda. This beautifully sun drenched, light & open planned home is six years old & right on the Coastal walkway. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. Again a 30 second walk to the local shops& cafē’s It’s a short 15 min walk to Sumner surf beach, cinema, more cafes and wonderful restaurants. I’m on the direct bus route frm Christchurch International Airport.

No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone.
