The studio is very handy for early flights, golf courses and located close to a bus route directly into the city centre. Easy access via the main transport routes out of town make the Canterbury countryside and ski fields accessible. Use the neighbouring park and green spaces to recharge. Off street parking, 3 pin plug power for EV (small extra charge may apply). Small kitchenette with tea + coffee facilities, sink, fridge and microwave. Wifi, bus stop, shops and restaurant, 3 minute walk, 4 km to city center, 12 km (20 minute drive) to airport. Lovely on-site and helpful hosts. Please ask; but bed configuration not really suitable for children.

Guest House on acreage - quiet and private setting

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.

Our flat is close to Pioneer Stadium, rugby stadium, Addington Raceway, and Wolfbrook Arena. It is a 5-min walk to Barrington Mall. The train station is also 5 mins away by car. It is also a 5 min walk to catch the public bus from Barrington to Malls, and the city. The flat is at the back of the house and therefore private - you can consider it a home away from home. The Flat is homely and by no means 'flash'. But it is warm, comfortable and a place that you can feel at home in.
