Hi! We offer a clean and comfortable 2nd floor with it’s own private entrance in Chula Vista. Includes a large deck over our garage with a great view of the ocean and sunsets. Sun bathing and a great breeze from ocean. It's quiet, private, secure and a great area to rest after a day of exploring the sites. Your cute cozy loft upstairs is a remodeled kitchen and two bedrooms with new carpets including stairs, and bathroom. Close to San Diego sites and nice restaurants. A non-smoking house.

Unit includes A/C, mini-fridge, microwave, instapot, coffee maker, bbq, 50" TV, and fast wifi.

French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Twenty minutes to the famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World and the Convention center. Chula Vista Third Avenue breweries and restaurants are nearby as well as the outdoor North Island Amphitheater and Coronado beach. The San Diego International airport is about 25 minutes away.
