I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a positive experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions and amenities. For the price, it offers fantastic value. The only drawback was the exhaust fan in the bathroom, which was quite loud and a bit distracting. However, this did not significantly impact my stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant visit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in a great spot!

We had such a lovely stay here. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had excellent amenities. It was amazing being such a short stroll from the beach and a number of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others :)

Spend 8 nights here and it was perfect! Absolutely 5 star location - walking distance to Henley Square restaurants, cafes and jetty. Weekend market was a pleasant surprise too. Place is absolutely spotless with all amenities provided. Wifi stopped working one day and Sam responded straight away and was able to pop in and fix it for us, which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend this property and host.

Great location. Everything as described. Arrived with broken bedside lamp. Host sorted it out in no time. Bonus for free parking right in the heart of downtown.

Phil is best there is, His place is right in the heart of the CBD, I could literally walk to every place on my list of things to do. So easy to deal with and was always accommodating. 100% recommend. Thanks again Phil.

The host was very responsive. The property was pristine, inside and out. it was a nice, private place to stay. The host has decorated the place to create a warm, welcoming and cozy home. All amenities were available for us to enjoy the stay, and feel at home. Everything just felt perfect.

Wonderful stay with a fantastic location! The host was incredibly friendly and provided clear, helpful communication throughout. The place is perfectly situated—just steps away from Rundle Mall and Rundle Street, with easy access to great dining and shopping. It’s also conveniently close to the University of Adelaide, UniSA, and the State Library, making it ideal for visitors or students. I’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay here! The house was lovely and clean, and the host was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check-in. The bottles of wine, bread and chocolates on arrival were a nice surprise too! Highly recommend this gorgeous property

“Fabulous Retreat”. This wonderful home is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our close, walking distance proximity to the beach. We loved how central we were to all the things we wanted to enjoy & we loved the extra benefit of the heated pool/spa. So decadent. The Hosts certainly went out of their way to increase “the indulgence of our stay”. The linen was dreamy & the thoughtfulness of towels for the pool appreciated. The kitchen had everything we could need & we relished our treats. Definitely the perfect place for a couples get away 💕

Our wedding party stayed at Three Hills the night before our wedding. The hosts were so responsive and helpful, with lots of thoughtful gifts and supplies for us throughout the house. Lynn and Stefan were super helpful when one of our group accidentally locked themselves out and got the house open for them in no time. The house was immaculate, with lots of natural light and space. It was perfect for getting wedding ready and the views offered great photo locations. it was an incredible space and we will definitely be returning for future visits.

Beautiful, large and modern house. The home was great for my family holiday with great beds and beautiful linen. Helpful and responsive host who made us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect for our stay.
