The hotel has recently had a change of ownership with the new owners making a considerable financial investment to improve both the accommodation, bars and dining areas.New menus have been introduced to both the formal and casual dining areas. Breakfast now includes a continental buffet as well as a full cooked Scottish breakfast.Free car parking is available to guests.

The new owners, Cath and Adrian, have done a great job of renovating this 300 year hotel in the historic village of Ecclefechan. Improvements are ongoing and the hotel has lovely and comfortable rooms, great parking and a thriving pub that the locals and guests have come to love.
