We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

A huge flowered terrace on Orvieto rooftops will make your stay a memorable one! The terrace is fully furnished and lit: the place where relax and sunbathe during the day or enjoy intimacy at night! Civita Nova si trova a 250 m dal centro del paese. Il Borgo di Civita si raggiunge a piedi in circa 30 minuti ma a 300 m dall' alloggio vi è anche il servizio navetta. Accoglie animali domestici di piccola taglia con il pagamento di un piccolo supplemento. Il parcheggio è gratuito in loco, presente connessione Wifi. L' alloggio é climatizzato, con cucina fornita di tutto. Bagno privato con doccia, biancheria da bagno e lenzuola sono incluse così pure la colazione Self service.
