This updated 960 sq. ft. condo sits at 10k + feet above Idaho Springs on Fall River Rd. 1 bedroom with loft(via ladder) offers 2 queen beds. The living room couch has a queen bed and an additional memory foam mattress is available if needed. Less than 100 yard walk to St. Mary's Glacier Trailhead. A cozy 2bed condo providing the perfect escape for 1-6 people. This rental is approximately 11,000-ft above sea level. It can be accessed via a scenic 20-minutes drive from I-70, along Fall River Road. You can walk to the trailhead for Saint Mary's Glacier, a 1.9-mile well-used trail to a beautiful lake. Recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings, full kitchen and soft beds. Free WiFi. Coin washer and dryer located in the basement of the building. A dedicated parking spot is available.

Ideal Hot Springs Home

Although listed as a one bedroom home there are two sleeping areas. One with a queen size bed that is an open space and the other with a daybed with pull out trundle bed. A sunlit breakfast nook awaits in the front of the house which opens to a cozy living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, Blue-Ray/DVD Player and of course you will enjoy WI-FI throughout the house. A washer and dryer are available for use in the fully functional kitchen. There is one spacious full bathroom.

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor has a living room and kitchen. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a twin-sized bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.
