The Wren House: Close to Lake

The Wren House is within walking distance of local lakeside attractions such as PM Park; the Tiki Bar; and the Ritz beach, shelter house and boat ramp (lake access that's much less crowded than city and state beach). Its only a 3 minute drive to Clear Lake State Park's trails, beach and picnic areas and less than 10 minutes to get downtown to spend time at the seawall, city beach, restaurants, bars and shopping. The cottage is quaint but very comfortable and stocked with all the trip essentials

You will love staying at "The OverlOOk" for your family or friends' getaway! Nicely located just off Clear Lake, but with a clear view of the lake, the location makes it easy to get everywhere you'll want to be in the Clear Lake area! We sleep up to 10 people (11 if 3 of them are small kids) in 5 different bedrooms, and we have 3 full bathrooms to meet the needs of a large group! Modern but cozy, big but not too big - this is the perfect place for everyone (with parking for up to 7 vehicles!)

It features a smart design with two bedrooms on the main and one on the lower level. Plenty of space as there is a living room up and a family room on the lower level that walks out to the lakeside patio. Enjoy the quiet mornings sipping coffee on the screened-in porch while you spend evenings roasting marshmallows by the outdoor fire.
