Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

The vibrant, nostalgic decor of this Wes Anderson inspired space is an evolving at project, setting a happy vacation tone. It's a ten minute walk of the historic downtown, offering unique shops, galleries and creative places to eat and drink. Sunset Point Park is closeby and a network of more than sixty trails is one block away, connecting you to the iconic terminal, downtown and beyond.

This beautiful couples retreat is a 900 sq. ft., 1 bedroom upper apartment located in the heart of downtown Collingwood. Steps to shops and restaurants and a short drive to all the major ski hills in the area. Featuring, vaulted ceilings, sectional couch and 65” TV. The kitchen comes complete with all cooking needs and dishes supplied, a breakfast bar and dining area, Master bedroom with a King size bed, 5-piece ensuite, 2 piece powder room with laundry and door to large outdoor deck.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Georgian Bay Beach club. Cute cottage perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting to relax! 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, furnished, pool and private beach on the shores of beautiful Georgian Bay! Cottage is part of a 12 cottage community that shares the pool and beach area. Always super clean, professionally cleaned after every guest! Note: pool is closed October to mid May.
