An ideal retreat for a country escape. The accommodation (one of two the same, on a farm site that also has caravan pitches) is lovingly done, great decorative features with modern comforts. The private hot tub garden area, fenced off for privacy but with views out to the fields still, is a haven. The on-site Duck Inn gives you the chance to mingle with the owners (very hospitable and approachable) and others staying on site. Would be a lovely place in summer or winter, we hope to return! Had such a lovely stay at The Hatchery! It had everything you need and more. The little things were thought about. Really nice quality bedding and towels - and plenty of them! Natalie & family were friendly and kept on top of the hot tub while we were there making sure it had the right chemical levels in etc! It’s a lovely spot for a quiet weekend, near enough to beaches but far enough from the crowds! Lovely!

The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet area, cottage was beautiful inside only issues were the damp inside the windows but to be expected from an old property, had plenty of utensils for cooking, very handy to have a dishwasher and washing machine in the cottage aswell, very peaceful weekend away and hot tub was an added bonus

Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

Perfect cottage for the perfect weekend, Jolls is a credit to its owner, David thank you our 60th birthday celebrations couldn’t have been any better in the picture perfect Jolls, we didn’t want for anything an excellent ‘Fully’ equipped kitchen, a garden to die for with the hot tub, cosy bedrooms and a lovely welcome basket, dog friendly also which is a massive bonus to us (he loved it🐶) no surprise it is always booked, we consider ourselves lucky to have found an available weekend it mattered……if you get a cancellation for Christmas pencil us in X Lynn & Steve

We had a lovely weekend break at primrose cottage! So clean and had everything we needed. The beach and restaurant recommendations from Sam were really helpful! Would definitely recommend this place.

Spacious as well as being cosy, also very well equipped, we loved our stay, we just wish it could of been longer.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Beautiful stay in this gem of a cottage. Joanne and Glen were so warm and welcoming and responded very quickly to our messages. They have created a fantastic place and you can clearly see the love that has gone into this home. We would totally recommend it and were thrilled with how lovely the decor was and how clean it was. Some gorgeous touches from the breakfast food to the dog treats and blankets etc. The setting is so tranquil and the garden was just fabulous. We loved it here, our dogs loved it here and we can’t wait to return. Great walks on your doorstep and some nice pubs within walking distance. Thank you so much for having us and making our stay memorable.

we had a lovely stay with our dogs. Juliet was very helpful and provided full and clear instructions for everything. the house, felt like home and is perfectly situated above the beach with far reaching views out to sea. a great decking area to sit out and enjoy but just as enjoyable sitting in the conservatory. the kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable and cosy to sit in. the lounge is great with plenty of comfortable seating and smart tv. there is a great area when you come through the back door that leads to the kitchen or downstairs to kick off your shoes and hang coats making it easy to enter the house without bringing the beach in. cannot stress enough how beautiful the views are and how relaxing the house is. the beach cafe nearby was great and the food was lovely. we are looking forward to coming again soon hopefully.

Completely blown away by our short bank holiday stay 😍 The accommodation was beyond my expectations, from a flexible, super easy check in, to a home from home cottage this place has got it all. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s much larger than expected and so peaceful. I really hope to visit again soon. Just what I needed with my mum. Thank you both.

Mollie's Cottage is just beautiful beyond words. The whole cottage was immaculately clean and had every possible thing you could need, even thoughtfully placed blankets. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever stayed at. We were also welcomed by some delicious treats which we all enjoyed. The cottage is in a perfect location, far enough away to be peaceful but also within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Outside there is a well fenced garden area with chairs and a table and then further seating where you can sit by a field of very friendly cows (no they didn't smell!) the overall outside space with parking is significantly bigger than other places we have stayed. Amber is a truly wonderful host, always there if you need to know something, she checked we were ok and if we needed anything and also offered recommendations of local places to eat or visit, all done in a very friendly way. Would I recommend Mollie's Cottage? 100% without a doubt

Barbara and her husband were excellent. They truly went above and beyond, furthermore they’re clearly just really nice people. I’d highly recommend staying at their property! Note: Do read their listing carefully and bring cash (ideally change) to heat the property. This costs ~£1 an hour and is definitely needed in the winter. Still a million percent worth the stay though. Thank you so much.

One of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in - spotless and beautiful. There are two great circular walks from your doorstep and the locale is indeed beautiful as is the garden. Garden great for our dogs too.

We absolutely loved our stay. The entire property was spotless and we had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. Our Host - Hannah gave us all the information and details we asked for. Hoenstly, we couldn't fault it at all. Our first Air bnb experience and we want to go back already. Fantastic

Wonderful, succeeded our expectations. The cottage was a ‘ home from home ‘ actually better than our home in London :) It was peaceful, spotlessly clean, equipped with everything one could possibly need. Everything was perfect and we are already booked to go back! It was a great location within walking distance of Lincoln and all that Lincoln has to offer. Caroline and Graham were attentive, responsive and informative from the moment we first made contact, answering all our questions with great patience. They were present at both arrival and departure and it was lovely to meet such lovely hosts.

Beautiful cottage in peaceful surroundings. Clean, well maintained and private. All set within an outstanding village with easy access to the surrounding area. Overall an excellent stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay, the house was so clean and peaceful. Was exactly as pictured. Unfortunately we didn’t get to see many wildlife or stars as it was cloudy, but nonetheless was a beautiful stay for a couple like us who love nature and animals. Loved that we were provided with milk, coffee, tea and biscuits. Jessica greeted us with a lovely smile when we arrived and explained everything to us including recommending places that are local, a friendly guestbook is available at the house which tells you all the details of local places - that was a godsend. Thank you so much would definitely stay here again 😊

A gorgeous comfortable cottage. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and was spotlessly clean throughout. Tracy has great attention to detail and it is a lovely place to stay. It is in a good location, not far outside of Lincoln with a bus route right outside. A great local pub with good food only a few minutes down the road. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The cottage was perfectly clean and comfortable in a lovely, peaceful location. The adults appreciated the wine, and the kids loved their Easter eggs! The weather allowed us to enjoy the garden and the kids had fun with the toys. A perfect location for exploring local walk and bike routes.

The cottage was clean and really nice. Becky was very good at communicating and gave us lots of local information. It was also only 10mins drive away from Cadwell Park, where we spent our days. We’ll look forward to staying there again.

Absolutely stunning property, amazing view from the bedroom window. Beautiful bedrooms and bathroom. Such an eclectic mix in the cottage, loved the old typewriter. Shower is powerful and a lovely deep bath. Polly was so kind and friendly. Would definitely stay again. The Greyhound pub down the road does a great Sunday roast and Via Italia is a great place to eat out too.
