Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

Also available on this property is a semi-traditional B&B with 3 rooms, in case you want to accommodate more family and friends on your getaway. The backyard is fenced for those bring dogs

On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.
