Cuddle up by the fire as it snows outside, relax in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. In the evening the wood fireplace will make the coolest night cosy. This is an excellent place for 1 or more families to stay together on holiday, over 2500 sq ft, enough privacy and space for all!

Only a 25 minute drive to downtown Calgary and 45 minutes to the airport. Banff and Canmore are only an hour away.

Close proximity to the hiking trails, mountains and, ski resorts. 40 min drive from Calgary Airport; 15 min to NW Calgary; 50 min to Canmore; 1 hour to Banff.

Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!
