Great walkable location! We loved having the two stories with the bedrooms upstairs and living room/kitchen downstairs. It was helpful staying with the kids and having our own spaces. Michael is very responsive in answering all our needs and even went above and beyond and got a French press for coffee. The only complaint I would have is there was some noise from the neighbors a TV going on most of the time (all night long for a week) but it eventually sounded like white noise. The neighbor on the other side was partying late into the night but nothing that would stop us from staying here again as it only happened on the last night we were there. Our favorite part was the garage full of beach toys! The kids and I walked to the beach each day and use the boogie boards and the beach pails to build sand castles It was really great!

Had a great stay at the waterfront condo unit on the 2nd floor. It was perfect size for me and my husband for 3 days/2 nights. The views from the balcony and accessibility were perfect! So close to the beach it made it east to come and go as we pleased, beach was also pretty quiet which was enjoyable. Walkable to coffee, dinner and attractions.

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

What a gem! This little cottage was just cute as a button. Super clean, easy access to the beach and had all the amenities for a great stay. Steve was very responsive and sent detailed instructions before our arrival. We definitely recommend this property and wish we had found it sooner! 5 stars

Excellent quiet beachside location. The building was a mix of owners and visitors. All were friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. The AC in the unit is excellent resulting in cool, dry conditions in the humid beachside unit. Several restaurants and a great ice cream shop are within walking distance. The patio on the beach was wonderful providing sunny mornings and shady afternoons. A very peaceful and relaxing location.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Anna was very responsive and helpful when a few small problems arose. She made sure we were all taken care of and could enjoy the rest of our trip. She Went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The house is really cool! Great rooms and just overall atmosphere of the house. The outdoor area was great to hang out in, and the location is really close to the beach. Joan was very responsive, very helpful, and super nice. She even mailed us back some swimsuits that were left behind. Overall amazing experience.

Easy access to beach and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the pier. Great view of rocket launch from the beach. Live music at the pool on Saturday was a great bonus!

Maryam's home was beautiful and is a perfect location for a beach getaway. We absolutely loved the area. It is clean, safe, and the locals are very friendly - even to tourists. I highly recommend this and would love to come and stay here again.

Loggerhead Landing provided a wonderful family vacation: 8 people total across 3 family units. One person on the trip commented that they couldn't imagine a place better accommodating 8 people - he felt there was a great mix of shared space to all come together, but also ample space to each have your own area and privacy. Our group included two children (10 & 12) and at least one senior with more limited mobility. Having such easy access to the beach, along with the beautiful pool and patio area right out back, allowed us to navigate the group's differing needs and abilities perfectly. The house itself was beautiful, super clean, well appointed for travelers, and clearly well cared for. The location was fabulous as well - close to amenities and services such as a well-stocked grocery store, yet still residential and private enough to feel like you're getting your own little slice of FL beach heaven during your stay. Daniel was responsive and lovely to book with. Highly recommend!

We lovd our stay at Sea Haven! The house was perfect! Close to the beach, spacious, clean, new appliances, comfy beds, great pool and fantastic hosts. Easy check in and check out and the hosts were very accomodating. Was so great to have beach chairs and some beach toys for our kids as well since we weren't able to travel with our own. Would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was as well supplied as any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The balcony is worth the cost! Very spacious and unobstructed view of the beach. Watching the ships roll in and out of the port along with a great view of rocket launches. We loved it. Be aware that the outside of the condo complex needs updating but Julia’s condo is lovely!

Great to play to stay. Location was fantastic! So close to the beach. Enjoyed our time at the beach and relaxing on the patio during the evening. Very peaceful getaway.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

This unit was beautiful and perfect location! Just over the dune to the beach. Beach was not crowded. Very close to Cocoa beach activities & restaurants. Very clean & updated, very comfortable from kids to seniors. 10/10 would love to return in the future!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. It was easy to get in and out and it was very spacious. Loved being right at the beach and enjoyed every minute of it.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!
