Perfect place to disconnect yourselves from hectic life and a great stop to stay put if you plan a Grand Canyon visit. The neighbourhood is calm and safe. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything that you can ask for. We are a family of 4 with 2 kiddos and they loved the backyard. Oh. Wait! There are toys for kids and bunk bed was a hit. Thanks for hosting us.

We really enjoyed our stay! When we arrived there were farm-fresh eggs in the fridge and a homemade coffee cake on the counter. The house is on a working farm so it was fun to hear the roosters crowing in the morning! The location is good, about a 5-minute drive from most of the restaurants/grocery/gas stations in Page, and the house has a cute cowboy/John Wayne theme. Kristi was a great host and allowed us to check in a little early in order to make a tour we had booked. Highly recommend!

This was a nice house to stay in as a jumping off point for activities in the area (hiking The Wave, visiting Antelope Canyon, visiting other attractions in the Page area). The house was as described and was clean. The items provided for families/kids were great to have (cornhole, pop-a-shot, foosball and the garage and backyard spaces). The neighborhood has beautiful views and is pretty quiet/peaceful. We were able to go for quiet walks through the neighborhood. Some homes in the neighborhood are still under construction but that was not really an issue for us as the nearby construction was only going on during weekday work hours and the construction workers were gone by 5pm. The jacuzzi was nice. Internet was high speed and worked well. Overall, this is a great place to stay while in the Page area.

This is a wonderful AirBnB in a quiet neighborhood! George was extremely friendly and communicative. Airbnb access was seamless. This is a perfect lotion to tour Page and adventure up to Bryce Canyons. AirBnB was very clean! Would recommend and stay here again. The neighbors in the surrounding area were also friendly.

Great and spacious stay in a quiet area of Cottonwood! Having two bedrooms and a large living area was much better than a cramped hotel room. Has a big fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker that’s well stocked with coffee pods. Beds were super comfortable! Dave was amazingly friendly and responsive. He can help with any info about the area and gives his favorite restaurant recommendations. Location was perfect for us - outside of the crowded Sedona downtown but you can drive and access all the hikes within 30 minutes. Only 10 minutes drive from downtown Cottonwood.

Such a beautiful and peaceful space. The home was gorgeous, lots of deer around and great views! The beds were a little bit firm for my liking, but the rest of the family had no problems! 10/10 would recommend and stay again!
